Return and Refund Policy

At TailGrub, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will help you through our simple return and refund process. This policy applies to all products purchased through our website, including Dog Food, Cat Food, Fish Food, Bird Food, Reptile Food, Accessories, and Pet Treats.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable Items

  • Opened bags of pet food
  • Opened pet treats
  • Perishable items once opened
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note, depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
